Taste of Tigray will feature many recipes highlighted in their forthcoming book during this exclusive one-day event. Adiam and Mahdi have teamed up to create a cookbook memoir with a mission to shed light on the ongoing war in Tigray and support victims of the war on Tigray by bringing people to the table and tasting the rich flavors of Tigray.
