Shipping & delivery.

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order and artisan-crafted pieces may take longer; the expected timeframe is noted on the product page where applicable.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the contents of your cart. Qualifying orders over the published free-shipping threshold receive free standard shipping; carts below the threshold are charged the applicable standard rate.

Once shipped, domestic orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days and international orders within 7–21 business days, depending on the carrier and customs. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in the order total.

When your order ships you will receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available for your shipment, it will be included in that email.
