You may use Ashenda to browse and purchase products offered by our artisans and partners. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

All prices are shown in the listed currency and may change without notice. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or description error on an item you ordered, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

Many items are handmade by independent artisans, so natural variation in color, pattern, and finish is expected and is part of their character — not a defect.

You agree not to misuse the marketplace, attempt to disrupt it, infringe intellectual property, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Ashenda is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketplace.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the marketplace after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
